At Magni Strength we currently offer three types of program:

Weightlifting, Powerlifting and Build

 

MAGNI WEIGHTLIFTING

We train weightlifters of all abilities to become explosively fast, strong and technically proficient in the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk. Using our systematic approach we enable progression by identifying and attacking weaknesses whilst taking into account individual factors such as age, sex, training age and history, structure, time, personality, the list goes on! Whatever your weightlifting problem is; we have the solution.


MAGNI POWERLIFTING

Build sickening squat strength, brutal bench power and devastating deadlift capability whilst taking YOU into the equation. Our powerlifting programs start from the ground up. We utilise scientific training principles and pair them with analysis of individuality and technique to create optimal training. Get the total that your hard work deserves!


MAGNI BUILD

Tired of being strong but not looking it? Or looking good but falling behind in the weight room? Have the best of both worlds! Our build programs blend hypertrophy and strength to help you live a muscular life. Whilst strength is specific, muscle growth is not. Therefore the possibilities are endless so your personal goals drive direction and focus. We are here to help!
